I am a mindfulness coach and 500-hour registered yoga instructor, with experience teaching and coaching groups and individuals. My background includes trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices. These aspects work together to bring my holistic and empowering approach to working with clients. I am fueled by my passion for living yoga "off the mat", mindful self-study, and joyful movement. I am currently studying to become a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and certified Enneagram coach.
